Yes I am fully insured, with Pet Business Insurance, provided by Protectivity Insurance. I can provide proof of insurance documents on request. I also have a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Care and Dog first aid ( CPD Accredited).

I offer overnight pet sitting on Friday and Saturday only.

I only walk dogs alone or with other dogs from the same household.

In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you and urgent veterinary treatment is required, we will take your pet to your nominated veterinary practise or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.

Yes. I will always arrange at least one introductotry meeting at your home to discuss your requirements prior to walks/ pet sits taking place. These can be arranged at short notice at a time that is convenient for you. These meetings typically last for approximately an hour.

Absolutely. I am very happy to offer ad-hoc walks, and always aim to be flexible when it comes to booking.

Yes, I send out invoices weekly, on a Wednesday, payable by Friday for the week ahead. I accept cash or bank transfer.
